Our practice framework

Our practice is Relational and is based on a set of values that informs our everyday work and relationships with the children and families we work with as well as relationships between staff.

The Centre for Relational Practice has been set up to implement Relational practice across the Children and Learning Directorate so that there is a common approach to how we work with children and families across all our services.
