Camden recognises the importance of good management of people and services and that managerial tasks require a specific skill set, so staff moving into management positions will need suitable training and support.

 

We provide specific learning for staff who are aspiring to management or are moving up to management positions. Learning emphasises the importance of leadership and management of teams, providing effective supervision and oversight, and in implementing our Relational Practice model and Camden's diversity and inclusion agenda. 

Camden has a council-wide learning offer for anyone moving into a supervisor and management position.
